Privacy Statement
Millennium Research Group
All written and oral information disclosed or provided by Respondent to Millennium
Research Group is Confidential Information regardless of how it was provided to
Millennium Research Group. Confidential Information is defined as all data and
information relating to the business and management of the Respondent, including
Business Operations and Work Product.
1. Work Product means the work product resulting from or related to work performed
for clients of the Respondent, of any type or form in any stage.
2. Business Operations includes any financial information, vendor names and other
vendor information (including vendor characteristics, services and agreements),
purchasing and internal cost information and the manner and methods of conducting
Respondent’s business. The Confidential Information will remain the exclusive property
of the Respondent, and will only be used by Millennium Research Group for the permitted
Purpose. Millennium Research Group will not use the Confidential Information for any
other purpose which might be directly or indirectly detrimental to the Respondent or
any of its affiliates.
Millennium Research Group’s Purpose is to produce figures, in the form of Reports,
related to specific product usage, average selling prices and hospital procedure volumes.
The Business Operations and Work Product data that is collected from the Respondent by
Millennium Research Group is put into our database, along with the data collected from
other hospitals, discarding Respondent personal information (including organization name,
personal name, position title and all addresses and emails). Millennium Research Group
Reports are produced and distributed under the Millennium Research Group brand. |
